Photography - Paul Barbera

June, 2017
Contemporary ceramics are found at Guillemets, championing the next generation of traditional Japanese craftsmanship with a modern sense.

Tucked away in the backstreets of Azabu-Juban lies Guillemets, a small gallery and store presenting beautiful ceramic, glass and metal works by Japanese contemporary craftsmen such as Takeshi Tsujino, Shiro Hamanaka and Yuuichi Takemata. Owners Osamu and Chinatsu present a warm welcome to the charming space.
