Restaurang ÄNG
NORM Architects Creates A Light-Filled Glasshouse For The Michelin-Starred Restaurant
Copenhagen-based architecture firm NORM Architects has completed the restaurant design for ÄNG, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in one of Sweden’s largest vineyards. The glasshouse atrium features a sleek minimalism of harmonious textures and materials, custom artworks, and an organic atmosphere aiming to heighten the sensorial experience of dining — and is furnished by Japanese solid wood by Karimoku Case Study — a collaborative brand by Japanese timber furniture manufacturer Karimoku and architect Keiji Ashizawa of Keiji Ashizawa Design, Norm Architects’ Jonas Bjerre Poulsen and Frederik Werner.
