Panadería Rosetta
Coffee, Sourdough and Artful Pastries Created by Michelin-Starred Chef Elena Reygadas

Panadería Rosetta sits quietly on a leafy street in Roma Norte, where mornings begin early here and the seats are filled into the early afternoon.
The bakery, an extension of Elena Reygadas’ Rosetta, is known for its now-iconic guava pastry, alongside a daily offering of breads, laminated doughs, and cakes made with heirloom grains and native ingredients.
The scent of slow-fermented dough and caramelised fruit drifts out onto the pavement, but be prepared to wait – usually there are lines to grab a seat or a takeaway loaf of sourdough. Both locals and travellers pass by for one of Reygadas iconic pastries, because after all, it’s a neighbourhood bakery offering well-made staples with a smile. Seasonal creations can surprise and delight both in taste, smell and look, they can be works of art.
Both the place to grab a great coffee and to be seen, this cafe is ideal for the art of people-watching – Mexico City style.
