An intimate Hong Kong-inspired cocktail bar situated along the charming Purvis street in Singapore. Recently opened in September 2024, DIMPLE is helmed by a husband-wife duo who took two years to find the location, the new bar is focussed on their connection and love for Hong Kong.

DIMPLE is shared with a hotel reception entrance, which unfortunately does distract from the overall atmosphere. However, this does rival with their skilled approach at the bar. guests can expect stellar cocktails by head bartender Marcus, who has developed an excellent series of well-balanced, innovative and simply delightful cocktails. One such being the Passionfruit Martini, an egg white-based delectable cocktail devised from Tanqueray No 10 gin, mint, passionfruit, oolong-infused dry sake citrus and topped with passionfruit, agave & sea salt foam. What a winning combination. Each cocktail can be equivalently made as a mocktail referred to as ‘Zero Proof’ in exactly the same preservation and glassware — no one misses out.

From the exterior, a minimalist bulbous exterior light with ‘DIMPLE’ printed across its curve signals the entrance to the bar. Making use of a narrow footprint, DIMPLE’s interior by design studio Standard of Living features counter seating and group tables by the front entrance. At the rear, one large group space is accompanied by an oversized faux bonsai. By the counter, guests face directly on the arched bar shelving that showcase their spirits selection — soon to include some exclusive offerings from Hong Kong through their extensive network.
